This form is to be filled out by FIT alumni only who graduated in 2006 and earlier and who have not taken classes between 2007 and now.

Alumni Student ID Number

Please use your FIT Student ID @ Number (input as a number only without spaces, symbols or hyphens). We DO NOT accept Social Security numbers! An FIT Student ID @ Number will be 8 digits: do NOT include the "@" symbol. If you do not know your FIT-assigned @ number, contact FIT's Registrar Office at (212) 217-3820. All past grads have been assigned a Student ID @ number.

Grads should also continue to use their fitnyc.edu email address. Alumni that graduated prior to 2007 and have not returned to take classes at FIT may use a personal non-FIT email. If you have taken classes between 2007 and now, you already have an FIT email that should be used to log into the CSJB. Be sure to keep your FIT email active by logging into your email account every 6 months and renewing your *college-wide password when prompted.

If your FIT email account has been inactive, please call the IT Help Desk to request reactivation at (212) 217-HELP(4357) or email TechHelp@fitnyc.edu. Some inactive FIT Gmail accounts have been temporarily disabled and can be reactivated, while others have been deleted. IT will determine the status of your inactive fitnyc.edu FIT email account.

If your FIT email account has been deleted and cannot be reactivated, contact Career Services at (212) 217-3000 or email career_internship@fitnyc.edu.
